Determining The Inspection Cost

To determine an exact cost of any building inspection, the Building Inspector will require specific information relating to the proposed property for sale, for example:

  • Quantity of bedrooms and bathrooms
  • Estimated age of property
  • How many floor levels
  • Concrete slab or pole home
